Headphones/ IEMs and Amplifier for Galaxy Y Pro Duos.

Hello, everybody. I am athirst from Kolkata. I am looking for a good headphone or IEM (whichever is better) and portable amplifier for my Galaxy Y Pro Duos. I dont want to use the OEM earphone provided by Samsung.. My budget is 4K..Please help me.

N.B. I love to listen to Rabindrasangeet, Indian Classical (prefer to listen Instrumental more than Vocal), Light Classical Fusion, World Music.
