Headphones upto 4K

I'm Looking for headphones, open can Or closed can, only important feature natural SQ!
Budget- upto 4k but extendable to 6k if the upgrade is worth it!

Please comment on Audio Technica, Sennheiser, Denon, Koss etc.

I would prefer headphones that are not overly bassy, and especially not very stressed on the higher trebles!

PX100. A bit bassy, but does not stress on higher trebles.

I bought HD 518. They sound really good on my Galaxy S phone[wolfson based DAC boosted by voodoo]. I wonder how well they will sound with a dedicated DAC via foobar. Got it for 5820 from 24sevenindia.com
