Hello!
I'm Avinash, and I live in Bombay. I have been a long-time appreciator of the cinematic and music-listening experience. I currently have a setup consisting of products from Denon, Polk, Altec Lansing and Yamaha.
I love watching movies--the bigger the screen, the better--but I'm a traditionalist and really prefer the cinematography of pre-90's movie-making. I can't stand 3D films.
I also love listening to music, and have a pretty unreasonably vast collection of music. I am almost always in a vehicle when I listen to music, so I have always invested in quality earphones and headphones instead of speakers, but I am working on getting this setup better at home.
I love the age of technology we are in right now, and that we have so much digital media available. I have a NAS mounted on my home network and an Apple TV that feeds media to my television. Besides my old DVDs, I haven't really bought anything that isn't Blu-ray in quite some time now.
