I have a budget of 20k can expand if I can get more vfm product, some recommendations that I got was Elac debut, and Sonodyne Roar, I am looking for a decent enough subwoofer for movies specifically, will pair it with Edifier 1280, my current subwoofer setup is crap, need something that performs good enough for 30hz territory, the lower the better, but budget is constraint.

I was looking at 4D Furniture 12inch Sealed Sub, from Ketan Sir, he was really helpful in discussing things with me, but I could not find any proper review for the same, if anyone has experienced then it would be really helpful if they could share some insight.

Also, I am open for any other suggestions.

Edifier T5 (15k) would be a cohesive match for your bookshelves. Yamaha too has a couple of actives in your budget.
Review for the T5 is really bad, There are also some Polk PSW10, and Yamaha and all of them have bad reviews. Like I said I already have a bad setup of subwoofer, it would be no point in getting something that performs marginally better.

The good options with decent reviews are the Elac Debut 10.2, then there is Sonodyne Roar series, both of these are about 35k though.
One promising locally made product is from the 4D Furniture, but there are no reviews or specs for it, but on amazon it has good feedback, now that sub itself is 12k then amping would be about 6 to 7k, so in total would be about 20k, that is 30 to 40% cheaper than any branded ones.

So I guess the best way to go would be some DIY / locally made sub or a used sub, I am hoping to find some guidance in this space.
