Help Me Buying New Home Theatre

hi guys joined just now....... i want a Home theatre system with following features
budget 25k-30k
1)All Possible Formats Decoding (Dts,DTS HD MA,TruHD etc....) as i will be watching blurays movies mostly
2)Nice Sound quality mainly with movies
3)at least 2 HDMI inputs
4)3D support

well i was browsing and found these two being available at reliance digital.....
Denon DHT 1312XP 5.1 Channels 100 W Home Theatre System
Onkyo HT S3400 5.1 Channels 120 W Home Theatre System

so kindly help me buying a decent one.......above two are not the only one among which i have to choose ..........feel free to suggest other options
also kindly mention from where i can buy them

these 2 options are the best right now..within budget full htib set
onkyo works pretty good for cinemas..and cheaper too..
however i suggest go separate and step by step..qas the speakers come in a package like thgis are worsr quality..i am using 3400 and can say for that..friend using 1312xp..same case..
you can buy onkyo/denon entry level avr(like 1312 avr only at 18k-20k) and 2 polk audio entry level boookshelf speakers within 32k...34k
later add on rest speakers

also i keep reading its good with movies what abt rest like music and gaming ?

no htib is good for music..provided original good source and player..
otherwise for mp3 all systems are equal

gaming is fine..

my exp is fantastic..with true 6 ch source it is really fantastic at this price..but again separates are of different leauge..no comparison at all.btw my music usage is zero..complete zero..
