Help me choose a TV

Bought this model 40PFL4758 yesterday in 35800~ with 2 year extension of warranty from Croma Surat. Picture quality looks fine, sound is not that good, u have to output it with your sound system.
VGA port is a plus point.

I own Philips 40PFL4758. Though the video quality is good, the audio is a BIG LET DOWN. You need to have a separate system for Audio.

I bought the Philips 40PFL4758 from Croma store in Bangalore for 28K last Saturday with 1 year warranty. Picture quality is very good but I definitely need a 5.1 setup for audio. Stock speakers are crap. I plan to use Tata Sky HD with the TV. What audio system is recommended with 25-30K?
