HI guys,

I am not really into touch and feel kind of person.

I rely more on people opinion and review before making any purchase and get adapted to it.

I have to pick a TV which should have following:

- Best PQ in budget ~1 L
- Medium Light conditions in my living room (its not too bright nor too dark, but more towards darker side)
- 46-50 in size (55 will be large)
- Bright n vivid color
- Least ghosting or blurring (sports, etc)

typo for SAMSUNG PS51F8500.

Also please suggest any better options apart from the poll.

Thanks in advance guys :clapping:

Hi Maverick,

Not sure about the models you have listed the following are the few things to consider- IMO

-Price
-Service (After Sales)
-Quality
-Options

- Price
Sony is always high priced, Next comes Samsung & Panansonic. As far as i have seen allmost in all the showrooms, they wont give preference to panasonic TV's, either they will keep it in a corner or they wont demonstrate properly. May be the margin they get is very less compared to others.

- Service
Samsung & Sony has a good service, Not sure about panasonic.

-Quality
IMO - You cant compete sony's picture quality with anyother TV. Next comes Samsung and Panasonic.

-Options
Comparatively to Sony and Panasonic, Samsung has more features. For example if you compare Sony and Samsung, Samsung will have more inputs or ports rather than Sony and if its a smart TV, you have lots of apps when compared to Sony. Not sure about Panasonic.

May be you can post the price range, FM can suggest you a best model available in the market or the ones which they are currently using.

I had an LG smart 3D tv and it was great. I used it as my primary laptop monitor and eve even played FPS games like combat arms.Even 3D was fine though i didn't use it much. It was coupled with an LG HTIB And I loved it.

Go for Samsung 51F8500 if you can get your hands on one. Panasonic has left the plasma business and they'll replace your plasma with LED if anything happens within warranty.

Thanks all for responding. :signthankspin:

I am finally confused between Sony KDL-46W950A (97555) and Sony KDL-47W850A (88888).
If we forget the pricing (just for argument sake), which one would has better PQ for movie & sports viewing.

Please help
