Help Me to get my TV soon !!!

HI,

I have sold my Sony KLVS400VA 2yrs 32" old one now i dont have any TV :sad:

Now i need to decide today to buy LCD / PLASMA 42" suggest me Experts.. I use 50% DTH and 50% WD media player HD movies

I Live in Bangalore. My budget is 45K

SONY BX400 / EX400 / EX500 = Cost 55900, 57900 and 69990 resp. (Quoted by Sony World)

LG 42" LD650 and LD460 = Cost 66400 and 52000 resp(Quoted by LG Showroom)

Panasonic (Not sure on the plasma PQ to LCD PQ whn i saw it in show room it looks soo nice) 42X20 cost 41500.

Please sugget me as soon as possible...

My Kid is eating my head as we dont have TV in our home.. its like a crime i did selling my old Tv :sad:

I would say go for LG 42LD460 , i have this tv in house. the PQ is great and also in the view of your budget you can get it , try to visit some other shop you can get around between 46000 to 48000rs. but it has only 2 HDMI and optical out.

I have negotiated for 55k SONY EX400 in bangalore... Hope its a good deal.

well if your don't mind the lack of 1 year warranty,you can get the EX400 for around 45k or less in the grey market.For 55k you can get the EX500 in grey market.

Just get a good stabilizer like Vguard digi series,since the voltage in bangalore aren't exactly good.

The Panasonic 42X20 has been bought for as little as Rs. 31,500 by many members on this forum. This would be my choice within the budget you have mentioned.

PS: I am wondering, that considering your budget is Rs. 45,000, why have you listed TVs costing upto Rs. 70,000 as the one's you are considering.

I Booked for LG LD650 42" for 58500 with V gaurd Stabilizer. It got delivered. Now waiting for the technician to come and install it.

Will update my findings once i exp it. Any advise on the settings? I want to know how to use the WIFI functionality? so any owners please do reply me.
