Dear Forum Members!
I am helping a dear friend of mine - an army man - to help setup a system for is home, his budget is extremely limited. We have already arranged for a PC and all accessories for him, and have organised a Bose Acoustimass 5 series II stereo for him too (amongst friends as contribution to his system) as he couldn't purchase any of these. That leaves us to getting an amp/receiver for him that gives these some life.
The budget being non-existent as he spent most of his budget into a used TV and a UPS for the PC, now the hard limit is 12K
I have been looking up and as AVR in that budget is impossible I was thinking of these -
Anyone has any experience with these? Any issues in terms of longevity?
