Help required buying 32" Full HD LED TV

Guys, I am going to buy an LED TV this weekend. I have seen some models and liked Sony 32W650 the most. Bt it is of 42k. My budget is around 35k. How about Samsung? Which are best models amongst Samsung or Sony for 32" Full HD within budget of 35-40k. Buying it under EMI option so budget can be extended up to 40k. My main requirement is good picture quality with good sound. Internet browsing is not essential but it is nice to have. Moreover I am having Airtel Digital HD settop box so should I go for full HD tv or HD will also suffice?Pls reply fast as finalizing tomorrow evening.

go for the samsung 32f5500 .....it is a smart slim led tv(FULL HD) which offers excellent picture both in SD or HD....it is also within your budget once you get
the discounted price...take a demo and check it for yourself....

1) Decide your budget(35k in your case)
2)Identify what screen size (32 inch as you have decided already) you require and whether you want 720p or 1080p. I would suggest 1080p even if you are not watching much HD content now it is worth the investment if you decide to buy a media player or htpc in the future.
3)Go visit a couple of shops where you can compare several tv's side by side. Take the remote and play around with the picture settings.
4)Do not listen to the sales gimmicks of the salesman, they talk mostly about smart features that we do not mostly use.
5)After narrowing down to 2 or 3 tv's based on the quality of what you see and hear, you might want to note down the model numbers, go home and google for the models and compare the tvs
6)Decide on what you want to buy and go to the shop again and bargain till you get a good price. Then BUY.

This is what I did when I got my Panasonic 32 inch TV, can't remember the model number. A suggestion I would like to make is do not go with a brand in your mind. Choose the brand on what you see.
