Home Theater 60-70K

I am new to this forum. I am looking for a good Home theater for movies and music both. My budget around 60-70K. Anyone has any idea do post here. I have taken a lot of auditions but confused.

Sound is good according to individual taste. Some may love heavy bass, some may love midrange vocals, some may love highs.

Yamaha / Marantz have very soft sound.
Sony / Pioneer / Denon have very brittle sound.

I strongly suggest while you to take demos, listen to same song/movie clip, and let your ears judge the difference.

Thanks for the genuine advice. But it would be more enlightening if you could suggest some good AVRs and 5.1 speakers for them to make my complete package.

I have auditioned a few HTs, but finally went for H-K + JBL.

You might find the reviews of the HTs useful.

I strongly suggest you to give H-K + JBL a fair chance. In my opinion it is best for both music and movies for the price range.
