Hi all
I want to setup a home theatre
Room size 14 ft length, 11ft wide, 9ft ht
projector epson x14 set at 9.5 ft
viewing dist at 10 t0 11 ft, scren size 6x4 ft

In above whether I has to go for sattelite speaker like Polk Audio blackstone TL 1600 or else go for Tsi series front Tsi 300, centre cs 10 surround OWM 3 and sub PSW 110

Like to add av receiver either Yamaha rx v 571 or Denon 1612 or 1912
What should I go for according to room size, no acoustic put in a room yet , Only single raw I will put. Reasonable budget.

Today I checked yamaha and denon receiver find denon better in voice quality

Discrete BS combo must , Not recommended Polk Audio blackstone TL 1600
read about placement,combination at home theatreshack forums .
always better to use HT build threads as referene..

spend some on room treatment and HT theatre look

In terms of features Yamaha 571 is a notch above Denon 1612. Yamaha 571 is 7.1 where as Denon 1612 is 5.1.

I Personally like Denon as it offers high quality surround sound receivers and advanced audio equipment.

I would vote 571 as i have one. It is good for both music and movies. Good features when compared to 1612.

rooms w/o special room treatment a room may not approach 60% of a real movie mini hall ,so why buy very much feature rich AVR?
