How to reset the Yamaha YHT 299 to factory defaults?

Hi Guys,

I bought the Yamaha YHT 299 a couple of days back. I set up the YPAO assist and trust me I am not happy with the new settings, the bass seems to have lost the punch :sad:. I dont recall the default speaker setting .

I did my research on the internet and stumbled upon the following pages

Dont know if these are going to work and I dont wont take a chance with the brand new setup. Can anyone help me with setting the AVR to factory defaults?

you can always change the settings manually. you need not change the settings to factory settings for this.

I too didn't like the YPAO settings and after i changed it manually, I am satisfied now.

So how did you end up setting it ? Please explain, as I am also in the same boat.
