2. PS4 PRO
3. Airtel HD Box
4. PS3
5. 4k Player May be samsung K8500( Going to purchase before 10/3/2017, open to any suggestions)
As per audio only have a sony 5.1, DAV DVD player cum HT, DVD not working, 2 speakers make abnormal nosie so removed and only front L/R and center connected.
So I am here to get some help to setup a decent Home theater.

Welcome to Hifivision. There are numerous options to pick from in that budget. The popular brands of receivers to choose from are Marantz, Denon, Yamaha, Onkyo, Pioneer, etc. Marantz and Denon being the favorites of many here. However, your tastes may differ, hence a good demo should be your first priority.

For the speakers, the list is even longer. Dali Zensor series, Q Acoustics, KEF, Elac, Pioneer AJ series, Polk Audio RTi series, etc are some of the popular ones.

I would suggest you first audition the speakers and once you those sorted, pick the amp that suits them the best. Also, go through the various threads here where members have shared their demo buying experiences.

While auditioning, make sure you carry your own music and movie content.

Once you share your shortlisted components, members here can help you decide which to one to pick.

Ok how about the following combo for a start. Once you start researching you will find out many other options.
AVR denon x1300 50k
Speakers Dali zensor 5.1 150k

I would suggest you to increase the budget by another 20k and go for x2300. I think the price here in blr is around 70k. People say that Denon with series 2 and above is good and gives a good punch. Regarding speakers Dali is good. I recently got x2300 with zensor 7 and they are very good

I would recommend Polk 330T/440T as the fronts, DSW 660 as sub and CSi A4 as center...........will knock the socks off Dali Zensor ... :D

AVR Denon is just fine ...

Denon, Yamaha, Pioneer, Marantz... etc all are good performers in this range
Similarly, polk, wharfedale, dali z, q acoustics, pioneer, elaac... all are good contestants in speaker category. Whats good for me may not be good for your ears. Audition yourselves and decide

For excellent sound that won't break the bank, the 5 Star Award Winning Wharfedale Diamond 12.1 Bookshelf Speakers is the one to consider!
