My TT2 is connected to an MScaler using two Chord BNC cables. The DAC stops streaming music to my amplifier at the slightest touch of either BNC cable. The same issue occurs if I touch the top of the DAC. The glitch lasts a second, before playback resumes. I checked the BNC input terminals and they seem solid. What could be the problem? Has anyone else faced this issue?

The cable solder might be gone. Does it happen on both cables or only one?

It happens with the BNC 1 cable. I have written to Chord.
Start by eliminating the easiest to solve issues first -

1 - Try it with a different BNC cable, if the issue remains then the cable is fine - if the issue goes away - replace the cable.
2 - Give some slack on the cable - if the cable is being stretched a bit to tight & check if the issue remains.

I've done both. I think @reignofchaos might be right. I'll wait to hear from Chord.
