My friend is looking for an iem around 2k. Usage purpose is with his phone nokia 500. Listening all kinds of music but wants more bass.

He tried with Brainwavz M5,but he didnt like it that the bass was not good.

Pls suggest me some bass heavy IEM's.

Try House of Marley's Smile Jamaica. Has lots of bass. I find it loose and bloated but quantity of bass is good.

You might want him to have a look at the ES18. It's just 600 bucks or so, but are surprisingly bassy (mostly mid bass though) and even ordinary mobile phones can drive it easily - It's my daily use IEM these days

BUT

I doubt you will get enough bass with this nokia phone - havent heard it, but for proper dubstep bass, am not sure if throwing more money on earphones would solve it. Most entry level mobiles have rather anaemic outputs. I had recommended the ES18 to a couple of friends who came back complaining about poor sound quality - and it turned out to be their phones - both decent mid end smartphones - a Nokia Lumia 510 and an HTC one V.

Suddenly begun to appreciate my atrix 2 more and more!

Yes indeed he tried the ES18,but still he is asking better than that.
For sure i know that his nokia phone output is dull.

just a suggestion - I see you have an E6. See if adding an amp to his phone improves things. Especially the eq modes (with DSP on the phone disabled). maybe that's what he needs.

k then, will try that out.And thanks for suggesting the vc02,i was reading some reviews on head fi,found it to be decent.

Creative EP630. Cheap as hell and very good sounding for its price. I enjoy my music from my ATH M50 and i can say EP630 is close. Good bass - boom boom

You could check out our own made in India signature acoustics C12, available in HFV Mart for Rs 2700. There are a couple of reviews written about this on the forum.

I have just placed an order for one.
