I don't think that you are off-topic here.
Anything that 'YOU' think is amazing right now will be just fine here.
Its just lounge small talk. Nothing serious.
Even if you don't remember 'THE BEST' link of all time, but just these days, its fine. I just happened to see my all time fav link and posted it here.

Google is amazing isnt it? Back when i first used it in 2002, it was just another search engine. I used Yahoo & an 'Oingo' back then. I bet on Oingo b'coz it was based on AI. It closed down after a few yrs.
But then the quality of search results improved quickly with Google.
SEO was a bad news after a few yrs.

We also went from link to links. I found this better than searching.
I still do.
