Hi,

My requirement this time was not more than 75W into 4 ohms. After, I think almost an year I have built something.
I am building a pair of bookshelves, so I needed a small amp, instead of the monster 300W+300W amp i built earlier.
Many thanks to Bibin and Diyaudiocart for providing such a nice enclosure with heatsinks on sides. This enclosure could be used to make bigger amps too, enough room to accommodate 200+200W amp modules. Some pics:

why do you have fuses on the amp pcb.. what will happen if one fuse blows... one dc rail will go missing, many a times that results in a huge dc offset and blown speakers....

agree, if one fuse blows, output has the other full rail, in case of a shorted output, it saves the amp's output stage and DC protection kicks in to save the speaker.

Looking very nice. What amplifier module or design is being used here?

all modules are my designs, amp module is a very simple design, CCS for the LTP, a bootstrapped VAS stage and EF output stage. used NJW0281/0302 for the outputs.

Wow...great. However I am a noob when DIY is concerned.
Very well done.

For power supply i have used a 22-0-22 230VA transformer with 20000uF capacitance per rail.

nice build aniket,

The amp pcb and parts mounting look very professional and job neatly done.

Expecting the same and still better one for my 5.1 channel AMP order which is given to you.

thanks

not sure why c8 connects to the output. why use bd139 for q1, there are better options for that.

ah.. you are using bootstrapping...

yes, i am using bootstrapping, :)

sure, there are better options for Q1, i have the excellent KSC3503E in hand, but i wanted to make a simple design with commonly available parts, and still sound good.
