Is Repair possible of home theatre speakers' drivers?

I have a inexpensive Home theatre speaker kit which I'd like to get repaired, the drivers. They seem to have gotten damaged and are ringing and rattling.
How do I get Home theatre speakers drivers repaired , ideally in New Delhi NCR region?

They can be reconed provided you can locate a speaker repair guy who does recon speakers.

Usually they aren't too keen to do small size speakers like 3-4 inch as it needs more time and deliberation.

You can locate them in the markets in city where PA systems and DJ systems are sold.

Also make sure they use correct coil, that is impedance should match with original in case changing it
