Isn't 4:3 a thing of the past? Even 4:10 is hard to find among all the 4:9s. This letter-box format thing is only good for the manufacturers

have reached an agreement with the IT guy in the office. I will take a 24" - dell or HP or samsung whatever is available anything different than that goes into big approval loop.
