led tv buying advice

I am planning to buy an led lcd tv from UAE.my first preference is samsung un40eh5000.what about panasonic, heard that its having better panels.I am not interested in 3d.please give your valuable advices.my budjet is 32k.advanced thanks to all of you.

If you are looking for panasonic, try 42E30D (without 3D) nice & better LED than Samsung.
