Led TV switches on/off automatically help?

Hi i am using the same V-Guard Crystal Plus Voltage Stabilizer for my brother's 32" tv samsung f5000 but still tv is getting switched off once in 10-15 mins what might be the problem:sad:.There are no timers set. help me out guys

If the voltage input is more then the stabilizers voltage range then the output will be cut off so check the voltage in your area.

Some tvs may also have a presence sensor where if it doesn't notice any one moving in the room it will switch off after a while.

Also check if power goes off during usage of some other remote

Thanks all ..i checked there is no presence sensor with this model..I will check for high voltage reading and the remote issue..thanks again for quick reply

Its not problem with voltage readings or Stabilizer.I even gave direct connection without Stabilizer still the same problem persist any suggestions what might be the problem?has any one faced this issue.?

Contact service center and let them diagnose the problem. May be a faulty smps.

Are you sure Tv's Pin is correctly fitting in to the socket? May sound funny but just make sure by inserting some filler or try widening the gap between 2 pin nodes. I had experienced this for some other device even if it looked fitted good and current was getting cut after some time due to loose contact.

That is a possibility. Some TVs use thin pins which won't fit firmly.
