After its launch on Amazon - TCL C48P1FS soon went unavailable on the second day and I just got to know about LeTvs new launch and waited till today.

Was expecting X50 and X50 Pro, but all versions released are >= 55inches

Is this a good spec for about 59K ?

I have searched for reviews of X50 and X50Pro online in China, but could not find any or found one or two in chinese, not translated well. All speculations were that X55 will be around 27K and Pro 32K. But this X55 seems double the cost.

And not sure if X55 features a harman kardon.

I think 55 inch 4K display with 4 yr panel warranty alone should pull more ppl...

For compariosn, if you have to buy VU 4K LED TV's extended warranty it costs approx 3K per year.. So 3 years exteanded warranty is approx 9K.. That makes the 55inch 4K TV cost 50K that too with smart function and decent hardware..Which i think is a very good deal...

A Vu 55inch 4K LED TV costs 80K with 1 yr warranty only... So in my view a very good price...

Not sure if Airtel is the same(Is their SD content 720p ?). As there is not much HD content in Bangalore, IN, most of the regional channels (Telugu, etc have hardly 1/2 HD channels), will the upscaling of 480p to 4k in general, give a good picture quality if sitting around 8 feet distance ?

It's not Chinese anymore, they bought Vizio Chinese, doesn't mean bad. Even iPhone made in China.

I am really looking forward to buy 65" TV. Is there any place where we can get demo of these TV's.
 
The price they launched in india is too high for our market. Lets see if there are takers with this 4 year penal warranty! somehow i always fail to understand why all these TVs are dirt cheap outside India and when these same sellers land in india they increase prices.... May be GST implementation will help!

Is the letv x3 super tv 55inches same as the one sold in USA as letv x3pro 55 inches

Does the x3 have 3gb ram or 2gb ram

The pro x3pro has 3D tv built in and gpu mali T710 is this the same

Also has the x3 super tv gigabyte lan

HDMI is 2.2 compatible

I think its time we all wake up to recognize the chinese today are in the same stage where the koreans were 25 years ago. in 1995 we thought LG and Samsung were cheap korean brands...look where they are today.

Unlike our great country where we still haven't figured out how to lay a road properly, the chinese have made great strides in technology. Just look at drones - all the best drones in the world are made by chinese. so lets stop belittling them and pull up our socks and try to be a better country.

Again my comment is not just about high end electronics. The rubber bands I buy in poundland london is 100 times better than the cheap ones manufactured here and same goes for just about everything. They have leveraged their experience of manufacturing to western countries and are moving to western standards. We on the other hand - still drive on roads which have huge craters, no foot paths, full of soil....etc. So lets belittle ourselves - not the chinese.

We still have a fear against pure Chinese products (not US/UK controlled Chinese manufactured ones) , because they almost are imitations, shorter lifespan and wont follow industry standards for safety. Second, Chinese models are tagged to low end market in India, which many of us do not want to get tagged to.
LE grabbed the market with high end phones at affordable price. (Though I regret that purchase as I am facing network reception issue within 6 months). Unless they do similar magic in TV segment, it will be tough to survive. Afterall who want to spend 1.5L on a new brand, where he can go for a proven brand with a slight increase in his budget.

Not to forget that it's the last year model (Super3). Latest model is Super4 (even this is cheaper in China than what Super3 is selling in India - partly because of import duty in India).
 
With the specs I have seen x3 super tv 55inches is 2GB ram and 8GB ROM.

Its not 3D, but 4k only. I think they are costlier than other countries as import/export duty is imposed/ & other taxes involved.

What are the other countries that this TV is aval for & the cost of it..

If i were buying a new TV as of now, it would be this model with 2 yrs warrnty on hardware & 4 yrs on Panel... Only 4K resolution is stopping me from considering it..

I have no 4K content, not is my PC ready to handle 4K resolution..

If they are launching phones in India at same price as china..wonder why the TVs are double the price - not sure if Indian taxes is the sole reason.

I guess the 4 series refer to the latest generation of TV.. Also it is 50 inch model and should be made locally (China), hence such prices.. THere is no mention of any warranty period anywhere on this link..

Most likely, i assume the 55 inch 4K TV is imported from china and sold here... So bit of duties & other charges extra and still priced 60K..

At the moment, i don't think there is any other manufacturer who can match the competitive pricing of Le Eco for the price they are offering.. (Not even VU or Micromax)

For what Le Eco is attempting to do in India, they should be highly appreciated.. Are we becoming greedy? :ohyeah:
 
I think these releases from new companies will give tough competition to big players.

From the recent posts in the forum, customers are treated very bad by the established TV manufactures, no parts for service, no replacement, no refund etc.
 
Let's see if we can find any review of the current Leeco TV 'LeEco Super3 55-inch' as its still in my budget!

Waiting for any online review of this TV. If anyone has the review link then please pass it on. It's okay if I can get it in Chinese. Will use google for translation..
