LG 50PK950 availaibility and pricing

Hi all,

After doing internet research and considering my budget i had finalized on
LG 50PK950. It has got best rating from CNET(LG 50PK950 Flat-panel TV reviews - CNET Reviews).

It has also won TIPA award of 2010 for "BEST PHOTO TV DISPLAY" (http://www.tipa.com/english/award-details.php?iId=1805&sAward=Best+Photo+TV+Display)

But dealers in Pune do not know price of this and launch date in India.

If we take U.S site LG 42LE5500 has same MRP=1800$ and in India it is availaible at MRP=Rs 94990, LGSpecialPrice=Rs84990. My choosen model LG 50PK950 is also has MRP=1800$. So i can expect same purchase price for this model in India around Rs85000 whenever it will be launched. 60PK950 is their with dealers but it is very costly almost 1.5lakhs...

Please let me know if anybody inquired about 50PK950 price and availability
in India????????? any +ve or -ve feedback on this model will also help.....

Its 1.34 Lac for 60 inch PK950. I was told 50" is not available here and this 60PK950 (Any LG above 50") is directly Imported from Korea and it got Made in Korea sticker on it.

The 60" is available in Bangalore and dealers are quoting ~135k

Dude even the 50" Plasmas are imported as LG does not assemble sets in India beyond 42"

1.2 lakhs is an amazing price for this very good plasma, price to performance ratio is excellent.
