I would like to hear suggestions from smartphone users as well as android lovers on pros and cons of this Phone.

I Ordered Optimus One from Ebay for 11390 and got a Hitachi 250GB Portable HDD worth 2000 for Free using Valentines Offer.

I have used both the LG and HTC Desire. I can only say that if you can bring yourself to do it, go for the HTC. It is streets ahead in terms of convenience and speed. The LG keyboard is quite painful since it is a small screen and has only a phone type KB not a QWERTY that HTC has.

But LG is a capable entry into Android 2.2 phones. Make sure it is Android 2.2 and not 2.1 though. All the best!

This Phone also has Android Keyboard (Qwerty) and also there are 2 LG keyboards one is conventional KB and the other one is Qwerty KB.Apart from this we can install any number of KB's from Android Market.

The main thing I am going for Optimus is this is the Best Android Phone in this Price Range and also Battery.Price comes around 10000 (11390 is the actual price i bought and i got a 2k worth 250GB hitachi 2.5" HDD absolutely Free).

I will be selling off the HDD for atleast 1400.so my mobile comes for me at a price of 10000.

HTC Desire is double of my Budget so I opted for Optimus One.

I have used a discount coupon of 1500 Rs.

Its a excellent phone and LG has already sold more than 1 million handsets of P500.
