LG PM4700 questions

Folks,anybody own the lg pm4700 model ?. I went checked this model at shah.s in chennai. I played a hd MTV file for testing and the rendering and quality was far better than Samsung 490 or lg pa4520.

This is a 3d model and lg is giving at 43500. Anybody have any review comments on this plasma model (42 ,inches ) ?

Guys, Sad to see that nobody has replied. Does no one in this forum own LG Entry level plasma's like LG PA4520 or LA PM4700 42 inch models.

Today, I went to Shah's in Mylapore and played a HP 6 MKV file in both E490 as well as LG PA4520 and LG PM 4700 and the the movie was smooth and fantastic in PM4700 compared to other models.

My file was resolution 1366*650.

I somehow feel that LG plasma is better compared to samsung and especially PM4700.

Prizes. minimun.

LG PA4520 (non 3d) : 33000
Sam E490 (3d) [ 2 3d glasses free + 51 DVD movies ] : 42000
LG PM4700 (3d) [ 1 3D Glass ] : 43500


The forum has a general view that samsung entry level plasmas are better than LG,but after roaming 2 days in to differnt showrooms ,I feel LG is a little bit better.

Let me know what you guys feel.

i am following your thread, to check if any of our experts answered. I am also in same boat, planning to buy a decent plasma (my first HDTV and first electronic good with budget ~40k).
My options are almost similar
sammy 43e490 (bajaj electronics quoted 42k without bargain)
panny full hd (model not decided, may be 42u30d for my 40k budget)
lg 42pm4700 (one of my friend's relative purchased for 45k)

Let me know if you have any updates on these 3 models, pq side by side, price update etc..
