My TV(LG 55LW5700) gets a white shadow like patch on the corners, mostly bottom left, when I use it with my A/c turned on. The AC is not blowing directly on the TV.

The patch is visible only when there is a dark scene, or in my case If I set my PC(Source to HDMI in on tv) to a black desktop wallpaper.

Firmware Version 04.04.03(Latest)

I just wanted to post here before I call LG.
Seems Extremely Weird.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

It's a edge led tv so light might come out from corners if there is a dark scene...mostly depend on panel-build quality.

+1. Typically feels like led light bleeding issue. Are you saying that you see this only when the AC is turned on?

Thanks for the replies guys, but the problem is only when the Air conditioning is turned on. And most prominent on the bottom left corner.

This is the most weirdest problem I heard..almost all the time ac remains on at the time of watching tv..never faced such issues even with ac off.

May be your A/c is pulling too much wattage that hampers power supply not enough to feed 55 inch. Try connecting a power stabilizer or ups.

Just a wild guess.

The patch doesn't appear immediately after putting the Ac once the room gets cold it comes up. Thanks for d suggestions guys.

For excellent sound that won't break the bank, the 5 Star Award Winning Wharfedale Diamond 12.1 Bookshelf Speakers is the one to consider!
