LG42PM4700 or Samsung PS43E490B3R

I have narrowed it down to plasma tv and that too Panasonic. I want only 40 or 42 inch plasma and had selected P42UT50. But now as the grapevine is that Pana will be closing plasma business not sure about the service.

I need your views/suggestions in selecting best Plasma available after pana. I have searched some and found below 2.

1. LG42PM4700
2. PS43E490B3R.

Need your help/suggestions for selecting 40-43'' plasma.

Panasonic>Samsung>LG
E490 is a very good TV.
