BMW E65 / logic7/ Bass amps = has broke. I replace this two by a TPA3118 PBTL boars. In first i make a little mode of tpa inputs (on LOGIC7 output is 2 caps 0.47mkf) Pout Nout - on tpa input Pin and GND. I disconnect GND from chip (negative input pin), and reconnect directly to Logic7 Nout. For supply i have out StepUP converter for 400W (TPA board use ~3 A on 24V). In LOGIC board remove all caps. Replace one (10000mkf/25V in PCB) to give a supply for step up. Put 3caps on channel (upside-down) 10000MKF/35V on old place of original 6800mkf caps for 24V tpa 3118 supply. Tested. Right channel work little bit quitter... need to trace errors.
