Looking for a house for rent in Noida

General chit chat used to its limit.

I am looking for a decent flat/ floor to rent in Noida, in sectors 14, 15, 28, 29, 30, 31, 36, 37.
Some preferences:

Prefer ground floor as my kid is very naughty and it is not safe if balconies on 1st floor etc are low, otherwise can go for first floor as well.
Proximity to a park, a little away from traffic. A person front lawn (as I have in my current rented house) would be too good.
