Looking for HT ( 30 k to 35k )

Hello guys,

I am new to this forum and looking for HT for my room(13x10).

My budget is around 30k to 35 k.

i am also ready to go for separate AVR and separate speakers if it ll be available in this budget.

i found many things about Yamaha 296(discontinued as per yamaha person), onkyo 3400 and 3500 and Denon 1312Xp....Which one is good among this?

The speakers are the main integral part of the whole HT system. In the HTiB systems, the speakers are the weak point. The receivers are good.

Increase the budget to 35-39K. You can get a very good receiver in Yamaha 371 (or) 373 and get the Jamo S426 HCS3 speaker package. Its the real value for money.

Yamaha 371 - Rs. 18,000/-
Jamo S426 HCS3 - Rs. 20,000/- (If you bargain can get at Rs. 18,000/-)

The Yamaha 371 is a very good receiver and the Jamo has complete package with 2 Floor standing speakers, 1 center, 2 surround speakers. It will be able to fill our space well.

You can get the both at Reliance Digital in Ahmedabad itself. Believe me they will give you very good HT experience.

If you have liked the Yamaha HT system, then you can audition the Yamaha 298 also.

Take your time and audition all the HTs and then make a decision. If you have any doubts, put forth in HiFiVision. There are lot of FMs who are always at help.

Hi,

I went to reliance digital(Ahmedabad) but they do ahve Jamo speaker.

I also went this forum and found wharfedal speakers are also good. So please suggest me wharfedal speaker in range of 35k.

Jamo 426 released last year in Aug 2011. Kindly please help me to find out latest released speakers of Jamo or wharfedal in range of 35k .
