Looking for soundbar recommendations with a good voice mode

I'm looking for a soundbar where center channel volume should be configurable ideally, this is honestly the only need. The soundbar is for a TV my parents use and audio quality isn't a big need at all. Just need a setup where dialogue volume from 5.1 sources (played over a firestick) should be loud.

Now I do know that most soundbars have a 'voice mode' but I'm not sure if it's loud or clear enough. Ideally if I could manually increase the dB value of the center channel (or even a mode like 'stereo downmix' in Kodi) that would be great.

Sony RT3 or S20R or LG SL6Y are 5.1 and 3.1 channel soundbars, where the center channel is for "Voice". All three are configurable for center channel as per the views I gathered. Hope this helps.
