Looking for the best Picture clarity HD tv

MY viewing distance is between 9 to 10 feet distance. I would go for 42 or 46 inch tv. I am not concerned about the brand and i can extend my budget upto 1lak for it. I do own a couple of LED tv and cant get my eyes off the clouding problems on the LED. Not sure how the full led tvs work. Have the 2011 models rolled out in panasonice, LG and Samsung.

Hope to get some valuable advices from all you experts in helping me decided on which TV i should opt for. LED or PLASMA. Which brand and model.

@ Rupam and @ Bharath - As you both advice. I can clearly see its only panny which has the pure lead over all other modern age TVs. How good is the 2011 line up from panny? I belive there is a new new 3d GT series model between the VT20 and V20. Would love to hear the reviews.
