Thanks for the link Srini. My love for western classical is restricted to some very specific pieces like Mozart's Horn concerto no.1 K412, etc. some of them I already own and some I am on the lookout for. On the other hand if it were classic rock, blues or jazz I would have jumped right in.

Congrats srini. Personally I will be reluctant to get my first taste of vinyl through classical music. Do listen to some music you are used to. One way to evaluate good recording on classical vinyls is last part of the vinyl (near the lable) is left as is (means no tracks). it is kind of rough guide that care has been taken for good sound reproduction.
How much was the shipping cost from UK to India ?

Shipping cost is around 96GBP by TNT( total weight increased due to the books given with LP's / which weighed around 8 to 10kg).
