It is available for demo at Mi home company store at Indiranangar and Marathalli...
I had taken my content of 4k UHD movies of Infinity war, Planet earth 2 and Bumblebee in Dolby vision. To my surprise the DV content played successfully without even any stops or stutter(samsung even Q80 stuttered forget the Q70/60 though it doesn't support DV) on the MI Tv 4x 65. I had taken the demo at one Pai international store of 65 LG C9(the best PQ though sony A9G stuttered with the same content), 55 panasonic GX800 and Sony 65X9000F(this stuttered too). The MI 4x 65 was the worst after all these tests even worst than Panasonic's IPS panel. the movie was totally dark even after setting the contrast to max and fiddling around with other PQ settings to try to match with the high end TV's though it is not fair to compare the same with the OLEDs and high end LED's. I felt audio quality was great(even at full volume) when played thinking the sound was coming from the Mi sounder placed below...even better than LG oled and others.
This TV is purely stands for the budget segment its intended to. the frame is a bit thick(quite similar to samsung Q60) but made of gun metal finish and looks average trying to imitate the higher budget segment tvs. They didn't have DTH connected yet but the marathalli store has tatasky option.
