I recently compares Nokia E5 with one Nokia basic phone, also Samsung Chat phone with ATH M50.
Samsung was very dull, couldnt hear more than 2 songs.Nokia basic phone was OK,still not upto the mark. When connected to E5,sound turned into Hifi system. With WMA,WAV was very good.mp3 was acceptable.I compared with xonar D2X which has bigger soundstage than E5,still with M50 E5 is much enjoyable.

My views are not much different than this.

So you can check the phone in similar segment.

Samsung Galaxy S series use Wolfson's DAC, but you may need to stretch your budget bit.

Galaxy S i9000 (currently around 14K)is discontinues still it is worth buy, than the one they release currently under 15K.

Thanks dear fellow members for your valuable comments. I'll check details on all listed devices and their availability.

iPhone 4 user here. But I'm told that the Voodoo sound on the Android which would soon be available on the Galaxy SIII should make the S3 as a well as other android devices good standalone players.

Also hear that the iphone with a camera kit can be paired with some cheap USB DACs. Maybe a second hand iPhone 4 once the 5 releases with a cheap Hippo DAC would be under 15K soon!

As more users access the Web from their phones and other handhelds, web developers need to learn techniques for targeting these new devices. Sites such as Twitter, Facebook, and Google target mobiles with their services and products. Companies use mobile services to provide staff access to their applications while away from a computer.

Well you can also consider the HTC models since they are the beginner who introduced Audio Beats speakers in their smart phones. Their sound clarity and quality both are awesome!

On HTC devices, I believe the Beats feature is just implemented via software, not much real improvement in underlying hardware

want to know about any latest the mobile which has better DAC? I have read in one article Vivo XShot has good DAC chip. Any other suggestions?

Older iPhone 4s, if you are not worried about having an outdated phone. It sounds better than the 5 I have. I still prefer the 'wider' soundstage and 'forward vocals' and silkier treble of iPhone 5 over my fiio x3. It doesn't have the bass too controlled like a fiio device (slightly bloated) but trade off is what I mentioned earlier. It has enough power to drive most low impedance headphones. Also crash free in most cases!!

HTC One series. Great quality output, coupled with their 'boomsound' is pretty nice.
I have used it and I can vouch for it.

Samsung Galaxy S4 and S5 have very clean output too. Try a unit on display at some store.

One+ one and Vivo phones have good audio hardware. I own the One+ one and its sound better and louder than my Note 2 which has a Wolfson DAC and highly regarded in the Mobile audio community.

Thanks for the details. Considering the high price of Note 4, HTC One, i am also thinking about buying One+One or Vivo xShot. I would prefer a 5" (one+one is 5.5"). Any experience / Feedback on Vivo xShot or any other model of Vivo which has a same good DAC chips?

LG G3 has a decent Wolfson DAC for a mobile phone. Meizu MX4 Pro has an advanced sabre ES9018K2M DAC .

Meizu MX4 Pro seems to be interesting one.. but i couldn't find it available in India. Also, it seems google play store services are not available in this phone.
