Revisiting this thread after a while ...
Due to the introduction of a new "four legged" family member into our home, there have been some compromises.
My main audio chain Parasound --> Lyrita --> AKSA --> KEF + REL is proving to be difficult to listen regularly.
Speakers need to be pulled out into the room for optimal sound signature.
As an experiment, connected the REL sub via hi-level to Parasound power amp that drives MA cubes.
These little boxes do 120Hz and up; sub is doing the rest. Pleasantly surprised by the overall sound quality.
The system sounds "big".
These speakers never cease to impress. Wife just loves the ease of use of this rig.
Just switch on power mains and cast away via Spotify+CCA.
For folks who are strapped for space, these cubes will do justice when coupled with a small-ish sub.
