Mordaunt Short 912 paired with a Sherwood 4105

Hello All - I currently have a pair of Mordaunt Short 912 paired with a Sherwood 4105 Stereo Amp. I have realised they are not performing to their optimum, the bass is really very weak. Would a Norge 1000 improve the performance?

I normally listen to heavy bass - Trance music.
