Need 26 inch Full HD LED TV. Please Suggest.

Hey friends,
I have to buy a 26" LED TV.I want it to have full HD resolution. Don't want 3D or Smart TV functionality. Please suggest which model to buy as their are so many options in the market that I can't decide which one to buy. I am a bit biased towards Samsung TVs as they detect almost all video formats from USB(e.g. .mkv files) but this is not a determining criteria if some other model has better picture quality and everything. My primary usage will be DTH/PS3 Gaming/BluRay playback.
So please help me in choosing a suitable model.

I suggest you to buy a bigger screen like 40 or 42 inch. The 26" is very small for HD content. I regret for buying a 26 incher.

Along with the above suggestion I would like to add that if you buy a small panel of 26" then you can save your money and safely go for standard definition or HD ready instead of HD as it will not make much of a difference between the two.
Sony will be my choice of brand in case of LCD/LED.

Can't go for bigger sizes due to small room and space constraints.Even 32" will be too big for my setup.

So what you mean is that there would be no difference in the quality of playback for BluRay discs and other HD media?

And could you tell an exact model as these companies have so many series that I really don't know which one to go for, hence my question in the first place.

Not a TV expert but had a small demo at the showroom and the HD didn't display any out of world different video. A marginal difference will always there but that's it - very marginal.

I use BX32 series. It is good basic TV from Sony

On a 26inches HD or Full HD is irrelevant.............screen size is too small!!! I feel even 32 is small, please try to get a bigger size tv. Do not worry about viewing distance, most people have the wrong idea about it. How big is your room?

yes go for 40 invh...a 6 ft distance is perfect.I see from 5 ft..........;--)
