Need a 5.1.4 home theater suggestion for living room

This is the living area in my flat (still under construction)

Was planning to put a full JBL Arena 5.1.4 setup with a Denon / Marantz AVR

I can extend budget to 3.5-4L~
Dont mind buying used setups too.

Can anyone suggest if these are good enough, or I should look at other options if my budget can be increased, both new or used Speaker setups & AVR's.

Good system choice.
Invest in DIRAC capable AVR for great experience.

Marantz 50 avr is good. .
