Need advice - HT for 900sqft room size

I need your expert advice and guidance in search for my first HT. the room space is around 900 Sqft ( rectangle shape - height varies from 13ft to 24 ft , side walls are cement sheets ..and roof is the mud tiles , i am looking at a budget of 1 lakh including the Amp .....................

pls advise me if the same would be available in Cochin or bangalore
