Need advice on buying LG LM9600

I have been looking for buying a 3d LED Tv. Did research, went to LG, Samsung and Sony shops and figured there's not much difference between the three brands. In the process I came across this deal where LG LM 9600 55 in 3d LED is available for 50% discount from its usual price of 300000. Now that sounds like a great discount so did some more research on the TV itself to understand how is this available for such deep discount. Here's what I understood:

- Many reviews were from US sites which termed as picture quality not so good for the high price - USD3600. Here are two of the reviews:

Given this, I'm unable to make up my mind if I should go for this one or explore other TVs. I would appreciate any advice from LG owners or other experienced members :sos:

I have 7600 model which is performing very well with good picture on STB, awesome 3D on Bluray and is probably one of the best looking TVs in the market, I think 9600 model is a high end one. Not sure if it is worth the extra money.

Remember the TVs are glossy so be prepared to have good curtains. Glossy TVs look very good with metallic finish when switched off, but they reflect light.

I recently purchased LM8600 and very happy about the PQ. I was in the market between LM9600 and LM8600

LM9600 uses Nano LED technology which is nothing but a nano sized filter in front of the panel to control the brightness. Taking the cost to factor this feature is not that worth the penny. Excellent results are with LM8600. Except for the screen reflection.

I remember noting that the flagship line up been stopped and replaced with 2013 line up.

LM9600 is 2012 line up and make sure its not the demo piece.
