I am looking to buy a new graphics card but am confused due to the insane number of choices. I want a 64-bit able graphics card with an HDMI as well as VGA out, that should be able to play all the latest games including Skyrim and Cod:MW3. I would prefer full HD graphics. My budget is 6k at the most. I am willing to buy from the grey market. Please help me out!

just ensure you get one with support for audio over HDMI. Some cards only support video over HDMI but you wanna make sure you get HDMI audio + video.

I'll be using a separate sound card so, it won't matter but yeah, i'll be buying one which supports hdmi audio.

My suggestion is that ... you should have something which supports dx11.. ergo.. something which is of the last generation AMD 6xxx series or Nvidia 5xx series...just because COD MW3 and any great games that come will be good on DX11 supporting cards with a descent GPU and memory.. I know you wont get anything close to 6k but if you shell out another 3k you can rest easy for another 2 years..

is AMD HD 7750 dx11 compatible. I am thinking of picking this up based on the rave reviews online.
