need help on lg 7220 blu ray ht

Friends this is my first post and thread.

I have read all reviews of buying home theatre guide lines but I have one doubt

Every one saying no hdmi input for HTS like Sony,LG,Philips.... But this model from eBay contains 2 hdmi in and 2 hdmi out, Plays all types of internet downloaded videos from usb.

And a 1100 watt power. Since it has hdmi-in can I connect DTH HD and its more watt than yamaha 298 model. So I can expect better sound than Yamaha on this LG HT. Because majority of users says better to assemble a HT rather than HTiB. In that case buying Yamaha 298 is waste of money in my view. Because this LG HT solved majority of issues competing with manufacturers like Sony, Philips....

All these at price of 23,000.... Please give me a suggestion whether to buy this or not?

I would suggest investing in a AVR and a good set of speakers if you're spending that much money.

Best options are the AVRs, and there are multiple threads with suggestions all over our forum for budget AVRs/HTiBs. Onkyo / Yamaha / Pioneer all have options at the 20K-30 price range.

Do check these out before you decide on the LG HTIB.

Do not fall for the fake Wattage rating. 1100W RMS from a 150W device? Get an avr based htib like onkyo 3500 if possible.

at 23k you will get onkyo 3300 at ezoneonline 22.5k in fact...
other options 20k yamaha 196
denon 1312xp 31k......etc

or you can go step by step way..
get an entry level avr 25k
and 2 spaekers 10k...
get other spaekers and sub later....
