i had a pioneer DV151 HTS with all 6 surround speakers.The dvd player developed some problems that couldn't be repaired. I now have all the speakers in working condition. These speakers have some kind of two pin terminals. Is there a way i can use them with a new AV receiver or blu-ray player? i have attached the speaker terminal pic.

Not with blu-ray players as they don't have built-in amplifier. You can use them with an AVR if the specs like impedence match. Just remove the connectors by cutting.
