Need suggestion on building Home theater system

Hello Everyone.

I am looking for a home theater systerm mostly for music or movie purpose and Playstation purpose.

My inclinatin is towards column speakers. and my budget is 30-45 K.

Need suggestion on speaker packages and Reciver. I thought of jamo S426 speaker package without subwoofer along with yamaha receivers. Please comment.

Please suggest me places in bangalore to get good deals.

with a budget of 30-45 K, i would suggest Yamaha YHT 299 (35-37K), a complete package with active sub. I have it and love it. For a moderate sized room it should be more than enough, unless u r a real sound freak.

I have also thought of the same but I am more inclined to have Floor Standing speakers.

I feel for ur option of floor standing speakers with AVR u may need to increase ur budget ..otherwise if ur staisfied with satellite speakers ,u can get HTiB setup like YHT 299,Onkyo HTs3500 .. u can also check Pioneer HTP RS 33 which may under ur Budget (It is having 2 Floor standing speakers ,remaining satellite spkrs).
