Need suggestions for 32inch LED tv

Last year around march we had bought samsung LED tv for around 34k of which display gone bad after 14 months and they are asking 15k for replacing the panel
Instead of replacing the panel we decided to go for new tv

can anyone suggest good model in any brand

1. Budget.

2. Viewing distance.
10 feet

3. Sources/inputs such as HD DTH/consoles/stand-alone media players etc.
Primary -
1. Set-Top Box
2. USB PD/HDD (Movies/Series)
Secondary -
1. DVD Player

4. Preference for plasma TV/LCD TV/LED-LCD TV.
Plasma/LED TV

5. Preference for brands.
LG, Sony (or any brand which gives piece of mind)

for the given there are several models available from almost all major brands,try narrowing down the criteria a little bit,maybe then people can help you out.but please keep in mind to buy additional warranties.thats the only protection you got,do not make the same mistak again.better safe than sorry right?
