Need suggestions/inputs for Home Theatre for my parents

I have convinced may parents to upgrade their TV + Amplifier & 5.1 Speaker System. Need in puts on the following

A] TV -- Here I want them to enjoy the pleasures of a truly large screen given their viewing distance is around 14-15 feet. Please suggest the most suitable TV's keeping the following in mind
1. Screen size should be atleast 60 inches
2. Obviously has to be Full HD with a high refresh rate (for smooth transition while viewing sports channels). Not interested in Ultra HD as no content available
3. Budget not to exceed 1-1.25 lacs

B] Amplifier & Speakers
1. Suitable amplifier that should provide good stereo output as well. Budget = Rs.40,000. Onkyo Vs Denon Vs Yamaha -- which is the best ??
2. Floor standers geared more towards 2 channel stereo. Budget = Rs.40,000-50,000
3. A good centre speaker not costing more than Rs.25,000

Will continue with existing sub and surround speakers (whatever they are .. not sure of make/model)

For TV look at Sharp Quardro series or Toshiba 50 inch HD TV.....good VFM

For amplifier, you can look at a slim Marantz NR series NR 1504 which has airplay...

For Speakers, you can look at decent floor standers like Boston A250 or Yamaha etc...

Reliance Digital is selling Jamo 5.0 speakers for 27k which I think will suit the dcor along with the new TV and provide a stunning performance...

You can add the existing subwoofer to make things more vibrant!

There are many home theatre dealers around in Bangalore and you can go auditioning systems which appeal in appearance, performance and budget....check the rates everywhere with and without warranty and take a good decision...

For TV of 60 inches you need to increase your budget.Go for 40 incher tv with normal television soap operas and for movies go for projector 720/1080 .

for avrs: look for denon x1000/x2000, yamaha vx series 475,675.
marantz sr5008/6008 (slightly increase budget for these).

if your requirement more on movies: Polk tsx440 fs/polktsx 250 centre polk 110c bs for surrounds

if your requirement more on music:dali zensor 5 series /7 series.
