Need suggestions on 32" LCD or LED !!

Hi, Guys I am in Market looking for New 32" Flat Panel for my Room, I Have 50" VT 20 in living room, I wanted LED or LCD Panel, I dont want 3D, I wanted to know is it worth Spending 10k extra on LED over LCD, I have my Eye on Samsung Series 5 LCD, which i can get in market for around 29k, Wht other Options i have in LED's, Budget is not an issue till 40k after that i need to think about it,

Options
1) Samsung Series 5 LCD - 29k
2) Sony 32EX420 - 40k
3) Sony 32NX520 - 36k

I Have No Idea about other make and Models, Please Suggest me Decent LCD or LED,

Also consider Samsung 40D5000/5500/5900.

LCD TV handles picture resolution better than LED TV. Somehow i felt more dramatic while watching in LED TV. The transition was not smoother as in LCD TV.

LED TV has awsome brightness/contrast . And its slimmest design, looks beatiful in walls.

And LED beleived to be longer life than LCD.But I am using LCD tv for more than 4 years. Till now no issues.

Going with LCD you wont go wrong and you will save some money. If you need more contrast and slimmest desgin go with LED TV.
