New A/V processor

Does anyone in India sell Marantz AV7005 or similar surround sound processors (not receivers) with all latest Dolby and DTS decoding? If someone knows the seller(s) and prices, it will be most helpful to decide whether to buy abroad or not. If there is an exchange deal possible, all the more welcome (I have a Rotel RSP-1068).

R. Balagopalan, a Forum member, is selling Emotiva processor with HD decoders for 40K. Check OLX (or is it Quikr?) Chennai listing.

It has no 3D support, else would have bought it myself.
